I rarely catch colds, but I visited the clinic because I got one for the first time in almost a year. Perhaps because there were a few other patients with colds, I went without an appointment and had to wait a little. Still, I didn't wait long. I heard others waited a long time. I went because my cold wasn't getting better as much as I expected, and they examined my throat, nose, and ears using imaging equipment and explained exactly why I was sick. That made me trust them even more. They were incredibly kind and explained everything well. I also got a prescription, and I was completely recovered after about two days!!! Because they explained everything so kindly, I plan to go back if I get sick again. Both the doctor and the nurses were so friendly, so I left feeling great after the treatment!
