My nose was running and I was sneezing constantly, so my throat was sore and I started coughing. So I went to my local internal medicine clinic at first, but they said it seemed like rhinitis and told me to go to an ENT clinic, so I went to the Gwanak Yonsei ENT Clinic near Seoul National University Station.
There were two doctors seeing me that day, and I was treated by [Dr. Lee Ho-jun]. After examining my nose with a machine, he told me that my nose was very swollen and that I had allergic rhinitis, so I should first get rid of anything that could cause it, like dust, and prescribed some medication. He was very kind. I took the medication he prescribed three times a day for five days, and the burning sensation in my nose and the cough caused by postnasal drip (mucus dripping down the back of my throat) quickly went away!
The hospital atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. And after the treatment, I was put on a breathing machine (medical breathing?) for 15 minutes, and my nose, throat, and bronchial tubes definitely felt more comfortable.
