Maypure Clinic in Geumcheon-gu, Gasan Digital Branch: Disappointing First Visit

Maybe because it was an opening event, there were a ton of people. Even though I made a reservation just to get a mole removed, I had to wait an hour. The woman who said she was the counselor kept a shit-eating expression and tone throughout the consultation, which really pissed me off.
It's only been open for 3 days, but the customer service is really... lol. If someone saw me, they'd think I'd been here for 10 years. And if you ask if an event is not available, isn't it basic to give a convincing answer like "it's not applicable for this reason"? If the person who came to the consulting room is experienced, they should be, but if they just say "it's not applicable" like a newbie, it's not understandable, so isn't it natural for people to get upset? I came here because it's close to my house, but even if it's a bit far, I'll keep going to the branch I usually go to.
