Experience quick resolution of otitis media at Yonsei ENT Clinic in Songpa-gu

I had a cold, severe nasal congestion, and quite a bit of discomfort in my throat. I was blowing my nose hard when I finally started having an ear reaction. My hearing was muffled, and I felt less sensitive to external sounds, but internal sounds were louder. What could it be? Could it be otitis media?
I headed to the ENT clinic I'd always visited whenever I had a bad cold. It was the clinic where Dr. Park Tae-jun was the only one practicing.
My ears are blocked. As soon as I did that, he examined me with an otoscope and said there was fluid in my ears. That's why I hear that sound.
There was little pain, but there was fluid inside the eardrum.
He gave me cough medicine, phlegm medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine, and nasal medicine, including antibiotics, and told me to take them for five days and monitor my ear condition. I diligently took the medicine three times a day, and the fluid went down. The medicine really helps with the fluid. I was worried it wouldn't go down, but thankfully, after taking the medicine, my condition improved. I should have gone to the hospital sooner and taken cold medicine. I thought it would get better without taking medicine, but I held on, and it turned out to be an ear infection. Now, I'm determined to go to the hospital right away and start taking medicine next time.
