An honest review of Samsung Best Internal Medicine Clinic, a place to visit when experiencing cold symptoms

 

Recently, I suddenly felt like I was coming down with the flu, with a fever, cough, and headache. I tried keeping myself warm, getting plenty of sleep, and resting, but that alone didn't help, so I ended up visiting a hospital. I visited the internal medicine clinic because I have a bad cough, not a severe runny nose.

 

 

The hospital had three examination rooms and an injection room, and the overall atmosphere was clean.

 

The doctor asked how long it had been since my fever and cough started, and when I said it was the third day, he recommended a flu test.

Still, they said it might just be a common cold, so I should take the medicine for now, and if the fever doesn't go down, they would do a test then.

I finished my appointment, got an injection in my butt, and received some medicine, but on the way home, my sneezing and runny nose got even worse.

I ate some porridge and took my medicine, thinking I should get a flu test, and surprisingly, I felt much better by the afternoon.

First of all, the sore throat from coughing has lessened, and the chills are gone. My runny nose, sneezing, and coughing have also decreased.

I realized that the injection and medicine are working well, so I plan to make sure I eat well and take my medicine without skipping any doses.

 

 

My honest review of the hospital is that the staff and doctors are generally attentive and kind.

The doctor examined me thoroughly and prescribed the medication well according to my needs.

 

 

 

Since the hospital is located near the station, it was convenient to take a quick break to visit when I suddenly felt unwell. It is also in a good location for office workers to stop by during their lunch break. As expected from a hospital with a good location and friendly doctors, there were a lot of people there.

I think I waited about 30 minutes between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. on a weekday. Since it is health checkup season and flu season, there are a lot of people, but I felt that this level of wait was acceptable.

(There are three medical staff members, but I think I visited during a particularly busy time.)

 

You would likely be flustered if you were working or suddenly felt unwell.

This hospital is also easily accessible from the station. When you are not feeling well or suddenly fall ill, it gives you peace of mind to know of a good hospital nearby.

When you suddenly get sick  If you are near Cheongnyangni, I recommend visiting this hospital at least once!

 

They start seeing patients at 8:30, so it's good for urgent medical needs. However, since they close at 6:00, they advise arriving 30 minutes beforehand.
