I really hate getting a health checkup every two years, but I have no choice but to get it.

I always used to get it done at a major hospital, but it was always too crowded and the wait time was long, so it was annoying.

 

In addition, I tried to get an upper endoscopy done under sleep instead of the usual raw gastroscopy, but the price at the major hospital was expensive.

At the recommendation of people around me, I got a health checkup at Gangnam Korea Hospital last winter.

 

 

Haha, there was a lot of talk in the past that Gangnam Korea Hospital was the hospital where nylon traffic accident patients went.

The hospital has gotten a lot better since I left.

 

 

 

They said that the facilities have become cleaner and better equipment has been brought in, so it has become better to get health checkups.

 

As expected, when I visited, there were a lot of people getting checkups because it was the end of December.

Thanks to the efficient operation, I was able to get tested quickly.

Everyone was friendly, from the receptionist to the person taking the blood test to the person doing the endoscopy.

 

It was my first time having a sleep endoscopy so I was really nervous lol

Please reassure me that it will be over soon and that it will be okay...

After the endoscopy, I was so cold and kept coughing, so they covered me with a thick blanket and told me to rest comfortably before leaving.

 

The price of the sleep endoscopy was reasonable, and the staff was friendly, so I plan to get a health checkup at Gangnam Korea Hospital next year too.
