Today, I would like to introduce three ways to overcome airport anxiety.

I used to experience severe panic disorder.

The reason I had a disability at the airport is because I was hurt many times in human relationships, both small and large... And after experiencing incidents and accidents where I became a victim, I found myself unable to trust other people.

There were people who did terrible things to me after drinking alcohol, so I couldn't feel positively about anyone.

Why did these things happen to me...

Because I can't trust people, being in front of others... it gradually becomes more difficult, and when I'm with others, I feel suffocated and dizzy, so I realized I can't live together with others.

So, after checking the panic disorder checklist, I concluded that I am experiencing panic disorder.

It's become so difficult to breathe and even to speak in front of people that socializing with others has become really hard.

At first, I felt very shy.

I thought only celebrities walk this path, but when I experienced it myself, I couldn't believe it. Since it's a mental illness, it was really hard to talk about it to others.ใ… ใ…

So, I went through a period of about a year where I suffered alone in silence.

I haven't received treatment, but I've been living like this continuously, and my mind is gradually becoming more and more exhausted.

I felt a sense of emotional distress.

I started to dislike myself, and even just staying still made me annoyed, so I couldn't fit in well with office life where I had to be with others, to the point that I began to hate the world.

Still, for the sake of my loved ones... I have regained my spirit to overcome the disabilities I have.

I hated myself for suffering from panic disorder. But still, I am the protagonist of my life, and for the people who love me, I thought I should overcome this condition.

So I reorganized my mind alone and actively alleviated many symptoms of airport phobia through three methods.

The first way is to not fear my illness and to seek medical treatment at the hospital.

I was ashamed of my illness.

So, going to the hospital felt like committing a sin. But I didn't, and I went to the hospital bravely.

When I went, the doctor was very kind and reassured me that there are many people like that, and he treated me.

And you gave me various advice and prescribed medication, which turned out to be more helpful than I expected.

As expected, entrusting it to an expert is truly beneficial.

So, if you are experiencing airport phobia, don't be embarrassed; go to the hospital, describe your symptoms, and ask for help.

Doctors are here to help you.

The second method is to love myself.

No, if I don't love myself, who will love me?

I disliked myself, but at some point, I started to think this way.

I need to love myself, but a life without loving myself is truly worthless.

I felt this way.

And the anxious feelings I am experiencing now are also a part of my life that I cherish and must carry with me!!

Looking at myself with a positive heart and this kind of mindset!!

Even with panic disorder, I still see some good in myself, so I can overcome it positively.

Is it really cheesy to say I love myself, or has everyone else already done it?

It might just be how I feel, but reaffirming this mindset and living by it really helps me a lot.

It's okay to make mistakes.

It's okay to have difficulties in front of others because of airport anxiety.

This is also my ๋ชจ์Šต!! I must love myself and overcome it.

If you have a positive mindset and love yourself, you can overcome any mental illness beautifully.

The third is to have a healthy body.

What should I do for these?

It is to lead a regular life and to make the body beautiful.

The change in appearance than I expected brings a lot of positive changes to my inner self.

How can your mind be at ease when your body is tired and exhausted?

Wake up early in the morning! Eat delicious food well! By maintaining a healthy body through exercise, those bodies will bring you a peaceful mind.

Because of my airport anxiety, I can't sleep at night, so I keep staying up late and not eating, which makes my body feel exhausted.

This is why the vicious cycle kept repeating.

However, we must absolutely cut this off.

A healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

Therefore, through a regular lifestyle, I need to set goals for the kind of life I want to lead and work hard to achieve a healthy body. ๐Ÿ˜„

So, I set this kind of goal.

Even if you can't sleep, calm your mind through meditation and make sure to sleep before 10 PM.

Eat three balanced meals a day well

Exercise for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes a day.

Talk to people around you at least twice a week to share your feelings.

By establishing my own set of rules and working hard on myself, my body has become quite strong, and this has led to a positive ripple effect where I also gain mental calmness as I become more relaxed.

So, everyone

Don't just stay depressed because of airport anxiety!!

Release your energy! And move your body through a regular lifestyle.

Then, at some point, a healthy body and mind will be waiting for me.

I will explain by connecting the three methods.

First, do not be ashamed of my illness.

Acknowledge your illness and admit that it is difficult for you to be in front of people because of panic disorder; seek help from the hospital.

If the hospital is not in good condition, asking for help from people around you is also a really good way.

And if you have accepted your illness, love yourself.

Are you going to hate yourself for having an illness?

Because it is my body, I must take responsibility and make efforts to change my body that I love.

Therefore, I must cultivate a positive mindset for the sake of my beloved body.

Finally, if you have developed a positive mindset, try to establish a regular routine to build a good body.

Again, I tell you, positive changes in the body bring a healthy mind.

Don't feel uneasy because of airport anxiety, and please don't ruin your health by not sleeping or engaging in harmful behaviors.ใ… ใ… 

Get plenty of sleep and exercise a lot to build a healthy body!!

Through this process, it took me some time, but I slowly and steadily overcame my mental illness, agoraphobia, in a wonderful way.

Airport disability is not very difficult.

Even if I go through a difficult time with panic disorder, I can overcome it as long as I have my own passion and willpower.
