(Helpful Tip) How I relieve stress when I'm mentally struggling

I am sensitive and the type to worry about small things, so even after a gathering, I find myself reflecting on what I said.

If I care about style, I can't sleep, and even in my dreams, I keep worrying about it.

I've read many books that boost self-esteem, and they do help, but when I turn around, I go back to my original state and think, "Don't worry about it."

From the moment I started, I was paying attention, and while I was doing it, my husband suggested I try exercising a little more intensely, which was the first time.

I was walking lightly, almost out of breath and thinking I might die, but I was about to stop, then I thought, no, just five more minutes.

As I quickly jogged while saying "Let's see," I started sweating profusely, and in that moment I thought, "It's tough, but I feel refreshed."

After an hour, I have no thoughts at that moment, and once I wash up feeling refreshed and relieved, even the things I worry about seem less significant.

I could definitely feel that my body was much more tired than before.

Currently, I am struggling to run for an hour almost every day for five days, also exercising my dog, and living a busy life, so it's stressful.

I think we are becoming much freer.
