Is there a separate term for presbyopia treatment?

I originally had severe dry eyes.

I've been feeling very uncomfortable since my twenties... as I get older

The discomfort is getting worse...

Even when I go to the hospital for dry eyes, they only prescribe artificial tears.

It seems there is no other way.

It's really frustrating.

Even when I stay still, my eyes water and feel sticky.

Daily life is inconvenient...

I'm curious about why there is no available treatment method.
