      뭐가 살짝 근질하고 꺼글럽다 하면 여지 없어요 
      저도 꿀은 좋다는거 어릴적부터 들어서요 잘 알고 있는데
      요즘 많이 나오는 토마토도 좋고,
      연근은 반찬만 생각 했는데  끓여먹는 물도 좋은가 보네요 
      스트레스가 원인이라고 하나, 역시 미리 챙겨두면 많이 
      도움이 될것 같아요

    으윽.. 구내염 너무 아파요;;; 
    다행히 요즘은 비타민 c가 안부족한건지 잘 안생기긴 하는데 가끔 생기면 고통스럽;;
