      그냥 살짝 찢어지면 다행인데 
      어쩔때는 살쪽으로 찢어 질때가 있어요 
      그럼 손톱깍이도 대충 깍고 밴드 붙어요

      세로줄로 딱 손톱이 갈라 지기도 하더라고요

      정말 손톱이 종이장 마냥 끝이 갈라지고
      찢어 지고 그러네요 처음에는 건강에 좋다는 아몬드 , 계란 ,

    저도 손톱이 잘 깨지는 편이라 네일샵에 갈 생각을 안합니다. 손톱은 짧게 자르는건 기본이에요. 저는 바세린을 수시로 바르는데 겉으로만 케어해서는 안돼요. 영양을 골고루 섭취해서 우리 몸의 밸런스부터 맞춰주는게 중요하다고 생각해요. 신체적으로 면역력을 올리다보면 손발톱 뿐만아니라 전신이 건강해지는걸 느끼게 되더라구요.
