Lateral cheekbone surgery

I am considering cheekbone reduction surgery because my cheekbones are too prominent.
Is it difficult to cut the side cheekbone if I want to?
And just a little refinement of the side cheekbone would be enough.
Should I undergo a face lift?
I know it's a personal matter, but I'm worried about sagging.
