Why do I only get red, pus-filled acne during this season??

Going to the dermatologist is the best option, right?

But when I go to the dermatologist, it's expensive and I have to rely on medication... Is there an effective treatment for acne??ㅠㅠ

피부과 너무 비싼데 돈들이면 확실히 효과는 보는 것 같아요
저는 일단 피부과에 1년에 100-150만원정도 투자하는 것 같아요
나를 위한거다 생각하고요 ㅜㅜ
