Acne care during hot summer

Growing up with two teenagers, I am most interested in acne.

The gradually warming summer is approaching.

Sweating and covered with hair...

How should I manage pimples that come up like boils?

It's not a severe rash covering the entire face, so that's somewhat of a relief.

There are a few pimples on the forehead area that has partial hair growth.

It is mostly on the forehead area where the bangs fall down.

I'm curious if there's a special way to manage it separately since I can't lift the front hair of the boy.
