Has anyone experienced the effects of facial acupressure?

A friend suggested trying facial acupressure because it can change the facial contours, but I don't think one session will be enough; I need to do it multiple times.
I found out that the price varies widely from 40,000 to 100,000 won per session, so I wonder if the effectiveness also differs depending on the price.
Although neighborhood massage shops are cheap, would there be any effect if I go regularly to such places?
Some people manage with guasha, but it's probably difficult to experience the full benefits of meridian therapy on your own, right?
