Would it really be helpful to get plastic surgery consultations at several different hospitals?

At first, choose a hospital you like.
I thought I could just get counseling and make a decision right away.

However, after listening to stories from those around me...
I heard that the way hospitals explain things or the surgeries they recommend can vary quite a bit.

On one side, they say that surgery isn't strictly necessary.
I heard that in some other places, surgery is recommended.

There may also be a difference in cost.
I am wondering if it is better to compare a few places rather than making a decision right away at the first place I consulted.
