Is the Potenza pump tip exosome combination really effective for acne scars?

I am considering the Potenza treatment because of pitted acne scars on my cheeks and enlarged pores. I’ve heard that nowadays, many people are getting the treatment combined with exosomes or skin boosters injected into the Potenza pump tip. I am drawn to it because I heard that pain and redness recovery are faster than with Fraxel, but I am wondering if it is difficult to see results with just one session and if I need at least three sessions to see visible changes.

Has anyone endured the downtime with the Potenza pump tip and seen results on pores or scars?
