How many days does it take for the swelling and bruising to completely subside after under-eye fat repositioning?

As I get older, fat protrudes under my eyes and my dark circles have gotten worse, making me look very tired. I finally decided to get lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery, but I am most concerned about the recovery period because of work. The hospital says I can return to daily life in 3 to 4 days, but looking at actual reviews, there are many comments saying that bruising and yellow swelling last for more than a week.

For those of you who received under-eye drops, when were you able to go to work or participate in external activities without any issues?
