Is there a procedure that can treat redness and remove blemishes at the same time?

I am worried because my skin isn't clear; I also have redness and a lot of blemishes. Is it possible to remove both of these with a procedure?

Or I am curious if it would be more effective to have them performed separately, and what the results are like.

I am a bit hesitant because it isn't a skin treatment that ends after just one or two sessions.
