Does anyone happen to know a lot about 'milk coffee spots'?

Hello. I also recently found out about milk coffee spots. I have a large, clustered spot on the back of my right arm that looks like a freckle.

I don't know exactly when it appeared, but it is stuck there like dirt. It is quite a big complex for me, so I often went around covering it with long sleeves, even in the summer.

At first, I thought it was caused by excessive exposure to sunlight, but since the shape was a bit unusual, I looked it up online and found out it is called a 'coffee spot' (café au lait spot). Apparently, it commonly appears in Asians and often starts small in childhood but grows larger after puberty.

I heard that it can be removed with laser treatment, but I am hesitant because it requires multiple sessions. If anyone knows a lot about this spot or has personally received treatment, please share your experience or information!
