I have pretty bad back acne. How should I manage it?

I'm worried because my back acne has gotten much worse lately.
Acne on the face is stressful, but back acne stings when it rubs against clothes, and above all, it bothers me so much when wearing clothes with a low neckline or back.
Would it be a good idea to get a chemical peel or laser treatment?
Please recommend some effective treatments for back acne.
