I keep getting blackheads and whiteheads. Can they be removed with a procedure?
My blackheads and whiteheads exploded this spring.
The weather got hot a bit early, you know. Maybe that's why my skin condition is... speechless.
Maybe it's because I have dehydrated skin, or maybe it's because I can't maintain my skin barrier balance properly.
I keep getting blackheads and whiteheads.
I have severe whiteheads between my eyebrows, but my nose is full of blackheads like spots.
In the morning, toner + hydrating ampoule + hydrating cream
In the evening, toner + retinol serum + lotion
Exfoliate about 1 or 2 times a week?
I tried a face mask, a Job's tears mask, and even used a device.
Nose strips only pull out fine hairs and have absolutely no effect.
Even when I try to manage it without causing as much irritation as possible, it doesn't get better.
At least I don't get acne, so I am maintaining this routine, but
I'm producing way too much sebum. The blackheads and whiteheads are unbearable.
Sebum keeps building up not only on my nose but also on my butterfly zone, around my mouth, and on my cheeks, so my face looks so messy.
What would be the best way to do this?
I tried a pore-tightening laser treatment last year.
It seems like there is no way to deal with these sebum products, separate from the pores.
Is a dermatologist the answer in the end?
Can blackheads and whiteheads be treated at a dermatology clinic? How are they managed?
Would it get better with a skincare program provided by a dermatologist?
My skin is a bit sensitive, so if you have any non-irritating or low-irritation methods that have helped improve nose sebum or strawberry nose, please share them with me.
