If I don't like the location of my eyebrow tattoo, can I have it removed and re-treated?

 

 

 

I told the consultant what style I wanted, but he went ahead and did it his way, so my eyebrows ended up looking like they were tangled.

I think I'll have to erase it and do it again, but I'm worried that it might be harmful to my skin.
