I think I was born a little over 8 months ago, so I've had weak digestion since I was young.

I often experience indigestion and have trouble digesting well..

Since I was young, I think I have been regularly taking Fessel and Gas Hwal Myeong Su.

So, at our house, we start with Festal and Gas-Hwal-myeong-su.

There are always various emergency digestives everywhere...

I always had to carry Tylenol and digestive medicine in my bag ㅠ_ㅠ

 

This time, I took out all the digestive aids from my house.

When I took it out... there were so many antacids...

Since I had a major illness and underwent a major surgery last year, three parts of my digestive system have disappeared.

Since I was taking medication prescribed separately, I haven't really needed to take digestive medicine for about a year...

Batter number 1 has been eating Festal since childhood whenever he had a stomachache!!

Fesstal is a representative type of digestive medicine, and its history of origin is associated with the popular Korean digestive tonic, Gaseu Hwal Myeong Su, which 90% of Koreans are familiar with.

It is an old digestive medicine. Since its release in the 1950s, it has remained synonymous with digestive medicine to this day.

Since I have been taking this digestive medicine since I was young, Festal is always kept as a staple medication.

Festal, which still maintains its undisputed number one position, is often compared to Beazide, the second-place competitor.

 

 

  

 

Number 2 hitter is the Gas Hwal Myeong Su, the one who would open a bottle and gulp it down whenever he felt something was off.

Because I often feel bloated and have indigestion, I buy a whole box of GasHwalMyeongSu.

The history of Buchaepyo Gas Hwal Myeong Su is really deep. There are many commercials, and some of the old commercials come to mind, haha.

These days, I hear it's being compared with Venachio.

Both products are based on herbal medicine called Pyeongwisan.

Gasshwalmyongsoo is a medicine based on Pyeowi-san, with additional ingredients such as cinnamon, cloves, magnolia bark, nutmeg, and blue cohosh, prepared with a slightly different formulation.

The main feature of Gas Hwal Myeong Su is that it contains carbonation.

Carbon dioxide enters the stomach and turns into gas, stimulating the stomach and promoting movement.

So, one of our aunts even drinks cola instead of medicine... hahaha

It is popular because it gives the feeling of digestion immediately after burping, but it is not good for people with gastritis.

I have chronic gastritis... I like Gaswhalmyungsoo, but these days I tend to refrain from it.

It is a tablet form of a general medicine composed of multiple ingredients.

It is a purified product of yellow-white extract manufactured (imported) by Ilyang Bio Pharm.

Batter number 4 is Soeonjaeim Dungjung.

It is a light red, round coded tablet that helps improve various symptoms of indigestion such as indigestion, stomach bloating, overeating, and digestive facilitation. Trimebutine is a drug that normalizes gastrointestinal motility in cases of hyperactive or hypoactive gastrointestinal activity, and it is used to treat gastrointestinal dysfunctions such as abdominal pain, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, as well as habitual vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea in children.

 

 

The number 6 hitter is my beloved traditional herbal digestive medicine, Sochae-hwan!!!!!

Honestly... I also took the over-the-counter digestive medicine above, but... in cases of indigestion or really feeling extremely bloated,

Sometimes the over-the-counter digestive medicine doesn't work... but strangely, this herbal digestive medicine I took quickly settled my stomach.

This medicine, called Socheh-ging, is a traditional digestive remedy listed in the Dongui Bogam for indigestion and bloating. It is a very small pill in the form of tiny granules, and the Dongui Bogam describes Socheh-hwan as effective when consumed after eating to relieve indigestion, feelings of fullness, abdominal distension, stomach pain, and bubbling sounds in the stomach. Socheh-hwan is almost synonymous with traditional herbal digestive remedies and is available at most Korean medicine clinics.

The representative herbal medicine for traditional Chinese digestive remedies, such as Sochae-hwan, mainly uses herbs like Changchul, Goryanggang, Sain, and Baekdugu.
