Has anyone experienced pancreatic problems due to Maunzaro?

The biggest reason I hesitate to start using Maunzaro is the severe side effects, and I'm scared to hear that they particularly affect the pancreas. None of my acquaintances have experienced pancreatic issues, but has anyone actually experienced this? What early symptoms should I look out for if pancreatic problems arise? What specific areas should I pay close attention to? I would love to hear the experiences of someone who has actually taken Maunzaro.
