Do you check if the patient is currently taking any medication before prescribing?

While researching Maunzaro, I became curious whether the medication currently being taken is important, in addition to weight and dietary habits.

If you regularly take any medications or health supplements, the things you need to check will likely differ depending on the type.

I would like to know if it is advisable to disclose all the products I am currently taking during my prescription consultation, and what information would be helpful to organize and prepare in advance. I intend to decide whether to continue using them after thoroughly discussing the matter with my medical team.
