It feels like my skin elasticity has dropped significantly lately. What kind of care would be best?

Every time I look in the mirror, I'm worried because my skin seems a bit saggier than before.
In particular, it feels like the cheeks have dropped slightly, and the jawline seems less defined than before.

I'm wondering if it might be too early to get a lifting procedure, but since home care alone seems to have its limits, I'm also looking into dermatological treatments.

There are so many types, ranging from lifting treatments like Ulthera and Thermage to Shurink and InMode, but I'm not really sure what the differences are.
I'm curious about what kind of treatments are commonly received when the skin isn't severely saggy but has lost elasticity and feels loose.

If anyone has received treatment for similar concerns, please share your experience regarding what kind of care you received and how satisfied you were!
