Is Thermage effective for pores in the butterfly zone?

Lately, with the changing seasons, my skin elasticity has decreased, and the pores in the butterfly zone have become more prominent, especially as I age. I am concerned because the pores I see today appear to be sagging vertically. Would Thermage be effective for these vertically sagging and stretched pores in the butterfly zone? I am curious to see what differences there were in the pores of those who have actually received Thermage treatment.
