(Purchased with my own money) A truly honest review of Oligio 300 Shots! I wrote about everything in super detail, from pain and downtime to changes in skin elasticity after 2 weeks. (Warning: Long post)
Hello! I am an office worker in my late 30s who recently got an Oligio 300 Shot treatment. I couldn't sleep lately because of concerns about skin elasticity, so after scouring online communities and YouTube, I went and got the treatment that is said to be the hottest right now.
I had so many questions before getting the procedure, so I'm leaving a detailed review in case it helps others who are hesitating like me!
1. Reason for deciding on the procedure & hospital consultation
My skin texture wasn't originally bad, but now that I've passed thirty, my facial contours are definitely starting to subtly sag, and I'm starting to see sagging around the marionette lines next to my mouth and my nasolabial folds.
I couldn't bring myself to try Ultherapy because I was afraid of the side effects like cheek hollowing or the pain. So, I decided on Oligio, a radiofrequency lifting treatment tailored to Korean skin types that causes minimal irritation and regenerates collagen in the dermis without damaging the epidermis.
During the consultation with the director, he suggested, "Since you don't have much facial fat, let's focus on improving overall elasticity and fine wrinkles," so I decided to proceed with the Oligio 300 Shots.
2. The Anesthesia Process and Actual Pain Perceived (Really Honest!)
Waiting for Anesthesia: I tend to be a real crybaby, so I asked the consultation manager to apply a very thick layer of anesthetic cream and rested well for about 40 minutes.
Actual pain sensation: Oligio is a method where cold gas cooling is continuously emitted from the treatment tip while a sensation of heat is applied.
The sensation on the cheeks and larger areas was just warm to tingling, to the point where I thought, "Huh? This is much better than I expected."
However, when it goes to the outer edge of the jawline, the cheekbones close to the bone, or near the eyes, a sudden, heavy sensation of heat hits you, making you think, "Ouch, that's hot!"
Still, if you grip the doll tightly and hold it in, it's definitely not enough to make you cry, and I realized there's a reason people say it's a breeze compared to Ulthera or Shurink!
3. Immediate reaction & downtime (redness, bruising, swelling)
Immediately after the procedure: Right after the procedure, there were slight tip marks and redness, but after the treatment room applied a soothing pack to reduce the heat sensation, they were almost invisible after an hour.
Downtime: There was absolutely no bruising, unevenness, or swelling, so I met a friend for dinner right after the procedure, and no one even noticed that I had been treated. You can fully return to your daily life!
4. Changes in Real Effects from Week 1 to Week 2
Days 3–5: I started to feel a subtle tightening sensation deep within my skin, and most importantly, when I washed my face in the morning, the texture of my skin felt firmer to the touch.
Week 2 (Current): They said Oligio's true value shows from weeks 2 to 4 as collagen builds up, and it's really true! Foundation creasing has decreased, and when I take side-profile selfies, my jawline looks much neater and more defined. My inner dryness has also been significantly relieved, so I am most satisfied with the firm glow rising from deep within my skin.
Moisture & Regeneration Care Essential: After a high-frequency procedure, your skin may feel dry for a while due to the heat inside. For one week, please apply moisturizing cream and regenerating cream generously, at twice the usual amount.
Washing with lukewarm water: For the first few days, it is recommended to wash your face with lukewarm water to avoid irritation, rather than using water that is too cold or too hot.
I highly recommend Oligio to those who want to look naturally beautiful without it being obvious, and to those who are worried about the side effect of sunken cheeks!
Thank you for reading this long post. If you have any tips on choosing a hospital or any further questions, please leave a comment.
I'll reply to everything I know! Everyone, please take good care of yourselves✨

- 01CommentsAs someone with dry skin myself, I totally relate to the feeling of my cheeks and the corners of my mouth sagging by the afternoon. I'm really tempted by Oligio because it's minimally painful and allows for immediate return to daily activities, but I'm also super curious to see how effective it will be for dry skin! I'll be taking note of your helpful reviews and advice as well. 💕331126.11.03
- 02CommentsFacial asymmetry can have various causes, including not only sagging skin but also pre-existing bone structure or muscle usage habits. Rather than trying to resolve it solely through lifting, it would be best to determine the course of treatment after first identifying the cause of the asymmetry and assessing skin elasticity and fat distribution.290026.11.02
- 03CommentsFacial asymmetry is said to be caused by various factors, including bone structure, muscle usage habits, fat distribution, and skin sagging. While lifting can improve some aspects, the effectiveness varies depending on the underlying cause, so it is important to first get an accurate diagnosis of the condition of both sides of the face. Rather than simply applying the same intensity to both sides, a consultation that takes into account the differences between the left and right sides seems necessary.200026.11.02
- 01CommentsThere is absolutely no need to undergo multiple combination procedures right from the start. If you are concerned about a sagging jawline or a double chin, try ultrasound first; if your goal is to reduce fine lines on the skin surface and improve skin firmness, try radiofrequency equipment alone. I recommend visiting at least two or three clinics to find one that offers a single procedure without unnecessary treatments. Please compare thoroughly, and I hope you make a decision you are satisfied with.411026.10.28
- 02CommentsI also looked into this after getting the procedure, and I found that with lifting creams, it is more important to observe how hydration and skin elasticity change over consistent use rather than focusing on the immediate improvement. If you are concerned about sagging around the mouth or wrinkles, it is a good idea to look into products containing peptides or ceramides, and start with a small amount of a product that suits your skin well.540026.10.18
- 03CommentsThe treatment approach for nasolabial folds may vary depending on the degree of hollowness and the extent of cheek sagging. If the grooves themselves are deeply indented, filling them with fillers is effective for immediate improvement. On the other hand, if the wrinkles are caused by sagging cheek skin, lifting them with Ultherapy or thread lifting provides a more natural look. I recommend consulting with a clinic to accurately determine the cause and making a comprehensive decision.471026.10.29
- 01CommentsI see you were very curious about the downtime for the Onda Lifting procedure due to concerns regarding jawline elasticity. While individual differences exist, the Onda Lifting generally causes minimal bruising or swelling, so only slight redness usually occurs on the day of the procedure. You can apply makeup and resume your daily activities without any issues the following day, so please feel free to schedule a consultation.821026.10.09
- 02CommentsIf it were me, I would start by getting the procedure that is your top priority. If your biggest concern is sagging facial contours, I would recommend Ultherapy; if you are more concerned about dull skin, fine lines, or loss of elasticity, I would suggest consulting about Thermage first. Then, observe the results for about two months and proceed with treatments to address any remaining issues. Rather than getting both procedures at once, I think it is better to try one first, taking your skin condition into account!952126.10.21
- 03CommentsI also looked for lifting creams before getting a consultation. I could definitely feel the hydration when I applied them, but I didn't really notice any significant improvement in my pores. However, since consistently moisturizing and taking good care of your skin's condition through sun protection helps, I think it would be a good idea to start with home care rather than expecting dramatic results.520026.10.18
