Has anyone here had experience with body lifting procedures?

Recently, I haven't been seeing significant improvements in skin elasticity through exercise and diet alone, so I am looking into body lifting procedures. However, I am struggling to decide which method to choose since there are various types. There are different procedures such as laser, radiofrequency, and ultrasound treatments, and I am curious about the effects and differences between them. I would also like to know about the pain level and recovery period involved, as well as whether the procedure interferes with daily life. Since my skin tends to be sensitive, I am concerned about potential side effects. If anyone has actually experienced these procedures, it would be very helpful to share which treatment you were most satisfied with and how you managed post-procedure care. I haven't been able to make a decision yet, so I would appreciate hearing a variety of opinions.
