Should I see the Juvelook results a few months after the procedure rather than immediately after?

My skin felt drier than before and my pores looked more prominent, so I became interested in Juvelook. However, it was difficult to judge whether the photo taken immediately after the procedure looked good or if it represented an actual change due to swelling.
I heard that rather than deciding on satisfaction immediately after just one treatment, you should observe the results for a certain period. I am curious at what point skin changes are usually evaluated.
Would it be helpful to take a pre-procedure photo under the same lighting and angle? If the procedure is performed multiple times, I would also like to know what criteria are used to decide whether to proceed with the next session each time.
