If nodules form after getting Juvelook, can they be dissolved like hyaluronic acid fillers?

With regular fillers, if you don't like them or if side effects occur, you can just dissolve them immediately with a dissolving injection (hyaluronidase), right?

But I heard that Juvelook doesn't dissolve because it contains PDLLA. Is that true?

How should I treat it if it clumps together like granules or hardens after the procedure?

I am wondering if it will gradually disappear naturally if I relieve it with high-frequency waves, hot compresses, or massage.
