If my skin feels dry after getting Juvelook, is it because of the procedure?

My skin looks dull these days, so I'm looking for a Juve look.
However, when I read reviews of the procedure, I saw some mentions of redness or dryness, so I am a little hesitant.
My skin tends to be dry to begin with, so I think it will be difficult to identify the cause if my condition changes after the procedure.
Would it be helpful to check the condition of the skin barrier before the procedure?
