(Concern) My teeth are sensitive due to tooth wear

It seems that the method of brushing was incorrect, leading to severe tooth wear, so I have treated it with resin.

It seems like I don't go more than once a year, sometimes as short as six months or even two years. The resin frequently falls off and gets stained, turning yellow, which looks messy. Since my teeth show when I smile, it’s really bothering me.

How should I manage my teeth due to tooth wear? Are there any other treatment options to preserve my natural teeth besides resin, veneers, or similar procedures?
