👩⚕️ (My personal dental care item) Dental care involves regular visits to the hospital [Daejeon IEL Dental Hospital]
First step in dental care
Scaling is done once a year to maintain gum health, and if cavities occur, treatment is provided immediately without delay.
I regularly visit to treat gum recession and sensitivity, receive scaling, and get dental care education.
I received a complete remodeling of my teeth again for the future.
Receiving continuous treatment at a hospital leaves records that help with future management.
You should never delay dental treatment.
Delaying it further could worsen the condition, making treatment difficult and possibly leading to implant surgery.
👩⚕️ The second regular care is to brush your teeth well.
Proper brushing, flossing, interdental brushing, and mouthwash are all included.
Eliminates bacteria in the mouth, good for gum care.
The dentist recommends a Waterpik, which uses water flow to remove debris that can't be cleaned with interdental brushes.
This is also good.
I don't eat sweets, jelly, candy, gum, or sugary drinks.
Even just eating fruit, brushing your teeth or rinsing your mouth with water can be helpful.
Brushing your teeth and controlling your eating habits can also be helpful.
Tooth care is really important in the era of 100-year lifespans.
Please always take good care of yourself, from childhood and even into youth.🩵

- 02CommentsIf there are no issues with your teeth or X-rays, it could be a temporary symptom caused by fatigue or stress. You may experience throbbing pain if your gums are tired or if you have a habit of clenching your teeth while sleeping. Please brush your teeth with warm water, get plenty of rest, and monitor the situation a little longer. If the symptoms persist, I recommend getting a follow-up examination at a different dental clinic.451026.10.13

- 03CommentsYes, even if they look fine on the outside, it is a good idea to check old crowns regularly. Even if the crown itself hasn't cracked, cavities can form between the crown and the tooth, or the bonding can weaken, making it difficult to detect these issues just by looking. Especially for old crowns, it is advisable to check the edges of the crown, the condition of the gums, the presence of internal cavities, and the condition of the tooth roots and surrounding bone during regular checkups. X-rays can also be used for verification if necessary. However, there is no need to replace a perfectly good crown simply because it is old. If there is no pain, discomfort when chewing, food getting stuck, or swollen gums, many people choose to keep their crowns while monitoring their condition.555026.09.28
