Gum problems among people who have undergone orthodontic treatment

Hello. It's been about 10 years since I got braces, and I was wondering if there are others who feel that their gums have become weak like me??ㅠㅠ I knew that my gums would worsen before orthodontic treatment, but lately I've been feeling that my gums have become noticeably weaker, so I wanted to leave this message.. For those who have had braces, do you have similar experiences? If so, I’m curious about how you manage it and any helpful tips!!
