Cavity treatment

First, there is no tingling or pain when drinking water or chewing food! But sometimes, when I chew something very hard, a specific molar feels a sharp tingling sensation.

Could this also be a cavity? It's a tooth that has already received cavity treatment before. Maybe it's decaying inside again... I should go to the dentist nearby, but it's not easy haha.

I'm still scared of the dentist even as I get olderㅠㅜㅠㅠ
