잇몸이 진짜 중요한 것 같아요 나이들수록 잇몸이 내려가서 치아 노출이 많아지면 그만큼 치아가 약해지는것같아요. 칫솔 끝 부분을 잡고 하라는 말이 있던데 ... 저는 그렇게 하네요. 그럼 힘이 좀 덜 들어가더라구요

They say my gums have receded, probably because I brushed my teeth too hard.
I'm worried because I heard there are no other treatments for gum recession.
I need to get into the habit of brushing my teeth gently.
