[Cardio Tips] For those who find consistent running difficult... create a crew and do it together

 

Everyone knows that running is the best for cardiovascular endurance, right?

 

However, for those who find running extremely boring and exhausting, it's just a pipe dream.

 

People like this need some motivation to start running.

 

Having someone running with you for the same purpose can serve as good motivation.

 

Form a crew with close friends (usually 4 or fewer people is preferable).

 

Sharing records together, offering advice, and supporting each other is a good way.

 

Various apps support these features.

 

I use the RunDay app, which is a lightweight app that doesn't drain my phone battery much, to create a crew with close friends.

 

We do running exercises together. I am the best runner in the group, and I run alone every day, so I don't need to be part of a crew.

 

Although motivation has become a habit already... all my friends had no interest in running. I persuaded them to run with me, so they did.

 

It has been achieved... I have even developed the habit of running diligently and tirelessly.

 

How about forming a crew with friends for those who find running difficult and giving it a try?

 

The most basic way to develop cardiovascular endurance through running... was a helpful tip for establishing a running habit.
