We do running exercises together. I am the best runner in the group, and I run alone every day, so I don't need to be part of a crew.
Although motivation has become a habit already... all my friends had no interest in running. I persuaded them to run with me, so they did.
It has been achieved... I have even developed the habit of running diligently and tirelessly.
