-Health Tip- Hydration intake

01) Do not consume large amounts of water in a short period!

For burning thirst, too much water in a short time.

When consumed, it lowers blood sodium levels, causing hyponatremia.

Caffeine actually causes thirst!

Drinks containing caffeine, such as coffee or green tea, are said to cause frequent urination due to their diuretic effect.

Then, it can actually induce dehydration symptoms.

Symptoms of hyponatremia include headache and nausea.

In severe cases, neurological symptoms may appear.

 

03) Daily water intake. Match it to your weight.

People who weigh more than those with lower weight need more fluid intake. Multiply your body weight by 30 to determine your appropriate daily fluid intake.

  ex) 70kg × 30 = 3.21L

 

04) Drink water for hydration!

Drinking plain water is the best hydration.

For quenching thirst, lukewarm water that is close to my body's temperature absorbs better than cold water.

 

 During outdoor activities in the summer, you should hydrate regularly even if you don't particularly feel thirsty.

Every 15 minutes, half a paper cup

 

People who are tired at night but cannot sleep

Even if I work hard. Even if my body is tired, I sleep peacefully.

Almost unable to sleep due to dehydration.

Unable to sleep. There are also results indicating success.

 My husband also has nerves due to stress.

However, the conclusion is that due to dehydration and drinking a lot of coffee, blood circulation in the body was blocked, leading to a tingling sensation from the legs down to the toes.

 

Serotonin, a hormone that should be released during the day, needs to be produced.

It's comfortable to transform into a hormone called melatonin at night.

You can sleep, but if the blood is not sufficient

That I can't produce melatonin!
