I started with diet and exercise first.
Stop eating flour-based foods
Eat ramen about once a week
Instead of plain white rice, I always ate barley mixed with other grains, chewing thoroughly.
And the most important thing to do
I went for a walk every evening.
I did about an hour of brisk walking exercise.
I maintained this pattern for about three months, and then the test results afterward.
It has returned to normal.
So, I really love walking~~~
