Which has fewer side effects: fat grafting for breast augmentation or implants?

My wife is considering breast surgery.

I am part of the opposition. However, I am curious because of my persistent wife.

Are there no side effects of breast surgery?

There is also a method called fat grafting, and I think it probably has fewer side effects.

But maybe it will be maintained continuously later on. Wouldn't a prosthesis be a better option then?

Which method would you recommend more if you decide to proceed?
