It has already been three years since I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease. Although the exact origin of Meniere's disease is still unclear, the main symptoms are sudden hearing loss, ear pain, dizziness, and nausea, making it difficult to endure without medication. I have continued exercising to maintain my stamina, which was already declining, and now the tinnitus has somewhat lessened. If you are struggling with a similar illness, please remember that Meniere's is closely related to my usual condition, so I hope you can establish good lifestyle habits and patterns to protect yourself even a little. I still have many concerns and worry about developing other symptoms, but I am trying to overcome them well.
