blood pressure medication at a private clinic

I take blood pressure medication from a private clinic.
I am considering transferring to the Family Medicine department at a general hospital.
I have severe asthma and rhinitis
Because the general hospital has an allergy department
I'm planning to pick up my blood pressure medication there as well while I'm moving!
