I'm struggling with severe menstrual cramps.

My menstrual cycle was quite regular. However, perhaps due to stress, some months my cycle became so short that it occurred twice in a month, and my menstrual cramps worsened, with the flow becoming irregular.

My menstrual cramps were so severe that I asked the pharmacy for the strongest painkiller available, and I took it whenever I experienced pain.

When menstrual cramps are severe, the pain radiates down to my legs, making it really difficult.ㅜㅜ

I went to the obstetrics and gynecology clinic, and they said I could see the cyst, but it's not dangerous. They told me to come back if it gets too severe and to get painkillers prescribed.ㅜㅜ

I want to get rid of menstrual pain.

생리통 심하면 진짜 힘들지요 저도 심할때는 아랫배 전체가 아프곤 했어요 저는 배 전체를 따뜻하게 해주니까 덜 아프더라구요 외출할 때는 핫팩 여러개를 옷 위에 붙이고요, 집에서는 배 전체를 커버할 수 있는 큰 찜질기를 배에 대고 있습니다. 핫팩을 옷 안쪽에 붙이면 그 부분이 뜨거워서 피부색이 변해서 뜨겁지 않게 옷 위에 붙이는게 좋아요. 요즘같은 날씨엔 에어컨 아래에서나 할 수 있겠네요

생리통이 심하셔서 너무 고민이시겠어요 저희 가족 중에도 생리통이 심한 사람이 있는데 주기도 좀 불규칙적이고 특히 생리 첫날에 엄청 심해하더라구요 그래서 다이소에서 파는 생리통 완화 핫팩도 자주 붙여주고 생강차도 좋대서 따뜻하게 해서 먹는거같아요 그러다 심해지면 생리통 약도 먹고 했는데 아무래도 약은 너무 많이는 복용하지 않고 몸을 따뜻하게 해주고 편하게 휴식 취하시는게 가장 중요할거같아요
