For those who do not have periods... how do you diagnose menopause?

I haven't had my period since my late twenties.

My body is being perceived as pregnant because of pituitary hormone problems related to polycystic ovary syndrome.

I'm a bit concerned about hormone issues, but if I don't plan to get pregnant, it's said that it's not a big problem.

I felt really unwell due to the side effects of the medication, so I just stopped the treatment.

I have been doing well so far without any major problems..

Not having periods really is quite comfortable..
