(Concern) Gastroesophageal reflux disease

Is it reflux esophagitis... or reflux laryngitis... Sometimes I feel a tightness in my throat. It feels like my stomach is upset and congested, and the sensation extends to my throat...

There are also symptoms that make you cough or feel like you might cough.

When I go to internal medicine, they prescribe for reflux esophagitis, and when I go to ENT, they prescribe for reflux laryngitis.

You need to undergo an endoscopy to know for sure, right?

Are the symptoms of reflux esophagitis and laryngopharyngeal reflux similar? Has anyone experienced symptoms like mine?
