Is pediatric proteinuria really a serious condition?

I am in my late 40s, a father of two daughters, and my older daughter is a high school student.

I had a bladder infection when I was in elementary school, and after testing at a university hospital, there were no major abnormalities.

Persistent proteinuria was detected during health screenings for upper elementary, middle, and high school students, so a re-examination was scheduled.

First, go to the nearest hospital for an examination, then proceed to re-examination.

I'm worried that something bad might happen to my kidneys in the future.

I'm not sure if I need to go to a larger hospital again for a more detailed examination.
