(Concern) Should I remove the breast augmentation implant?

I had breast augmentation surgery 20 years ago.

At that time, silicone was not legally approved, so breast augmentation surgery was performed using a saline pack instead of silicone.

I did it.

As I age and have now turned 50, I think I'm still okay for now, but in ten years, as I get older, I wonder if I will need to remove the implants.

I get a health check-up every two years, including a breast cancer screening and ultrasound, and so far I haven't found any particular symptoms or issues.

Are there any cases like mine where someone had breast augmentation surgery and only removed the implant afterward?
