Menstruation after uterine fibroid surgery

I had my first period after uterine fibroid surgery on March 15th, and it has been ongoing for ten days. It's not very heavy, but it's uncomfortable to keep using sanitary pads.

I've been taking the female hormone medication Lozan Jeong for 1 year and 6 months, but I'm experiencing side effects... Should I see a doctor again?
